What can I use this tool for?

Cromojo provides automated indexing, website monitoring, and real-time web analytics for websites.

Can you guarantee indexing?

Unfortunately not. We use the Web Search Indexing API from Google and Bing to notify them of your pages, but we can't guarantee that they will index them. The goal is to submit quality pages that should be indexed, and using this API prompts Google (and soon Bing) to crawl them faster than any other method. It should go without saying, but low-quality, low-content pages will not (and should not) index.

Do I need to worry this software is using Indexing APIs?

No, using the official Google and Bing Web Search Indexing APIs is a legitimate and recommended method for notifying search engines about your content.

How often is the data updated?

When you first connect and enable a site, we fetch all your URLs, check the index status for up to 2,000 of them, and pull your search analytics data for the last 30 days. After that, we monitor your URLs daily for new pages, new index status, and new search analytics data.

We only have read-only access to your Google Search Console data. We store this data securely and do not share it with anyone. Ever. You can revoke our access at any time by going to your Google account settings and deleting your Cromojo account.

Sorry, but we don't offer refunds. If you are unhappy with the product, please contact us and we will do our best to help you figure it out. Billing is always monthly, so you are not locked into a long-term subscription.

Do I have to buy all three modules?

No. Analytics, Indexing, and Monitoring are priced separately. Pick the ones you need, scale each on its own, and skip the rest.

Can I mix modules at different sizes?

Yes. Each module scales independently, so you can run a larger Analytics plan alongside a smaller Monitoring one.

How is each module priced?

Analytics scales by monthly pageviews. Indexing and Monitoring scale by the number of sites. You pay only for the tier you need.

What counts as a pageview?

Every page load tracked by your snippet counts as one.

Is there a free plan or trial?

You can start for free for 14 days with our Pro plan.

What happens if I go over my limit?

Extra impressions: charged at $0.10/1K PV (Pro), $0.05/1K PV (Business), $0.03/1K PV (Agency) — overage accumulates throughout the month and is billed as a single line item at the end of the billing cycle, alongside the subscription renewal.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or resize any module at any time as your needs change.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no long-term contracts, so you can cancel whenever you like.

Is everything in one account?

Yes. Whatever modules you use live in one dashboard and one bill.
